(Updated 6/20/2016) Meet Sheba! She is a spayed female about 2 years old. She is a beautiful, all black kitty with green eyes rescued from the Rutgers Campus during the winter of 2014-2015. She was found cold, scared and lonely but Sheba is sweet and petite! And a bit shy but once she gets to know you and trust you, she loves to be pet, play with her toys, and purrs a lot. Patience and one-on-one gentle loving approach is key for Sheba – once she bonds with you, Sheba will relax in her new forever home and will love you in return.
Update from Sheba’s foster mom: Sheba has become very vocal, and she now meows! Sheba will rub up against her foster mom, and also jumps into bed to sleep with her!
Sheba is up to date with her vaccinations, dewormed, spayed and tested negative for Feleuk/Fiv.
Won’t you give Sheba the second chance she deserves? Sheba is currently in a foster home through the Scarlet Paws Animal Welfare Network. Please call M. Cancio at 609-575-5428, or email: [email protected] if you are the special person that Sheba needs and deserves.
